I just wanted to lose a few pounds but I got there, and getting into sports helped WAY more than restricting my diet, plus it builds muscles and makes me feel good 😊

I've found that in those situations logging off and focusing that anger/anxiety on something else at least helps a bit...

For me it's video games, mostly arcade-y shooters, stuff where I can blow shit up and turn [WW2 bad guys] to gibs. Others have a sandbag to hit, or hit the range.
