If he's getting backhanders whilst knowing the company could get a better deal elsewhere it's not 'wasteful'

He's in charge there, if he wants help he should be screaming at his defenders

Much rather see this happen to them

My youngest (2) is still asleep

We had to let the big 2 open their presents without him

But who wants to have to go out on the 27th because they've run out milk/nappies/twiglets?

Childhood is often hugely enhanced by having pets but not all families are in the position to give a pet the life they deserve

Forcing a pet into that situation IS animal abuse
December 22, 2025 at 3:11 PM
But it IS fucking tasty

They can't take their assets or the UK revenue generating companies with them and a good chunk are already non doms

When was the club sold? When was Starmer elected?
December 17, 2025 at 1:17 PM
That is a can of worms, someone publishes the 'wrong' thing and the BBC get hounded by the ideologues
BBC put controls in the stop that and they get hounded by the ideologues

Should never judge a book by it's cover but Reiner looks like everyone's favourite grandpa and always came across that way when he spoke publicly

One (only) upside of today is hearing all the stories that confirmed what a fantastic person he was

At least Mudryk will probably end in a big insurance payout for us and his wages weren't astronomic

Pepe, Anthony, Lukaku (to Chelsea 2nd time) much worse as a result of that at least

Not denigrating Jones at all as I think he's great and should go but
England won't need him to cover at 10, half the squad have that as their favoured position
Nor RB as we'll take two and have Konsa who is more than capable in an emergency
So he's competing for the maybe 5 cm spots
December 15, 2025 at 8:32 AM
Of course they do which is where the preference is surely to jack up the wages and then subsidise the smaller business directly rather than the current system which effectively subsidises all businesses by topping up wages
December 14, 2025 at 8:42 PM
*because obviously
December 14, 2025 at 8:24 PM
If a business cannot afford to pay it's staff a living wage then it isn't a viable business

The problem is the hole we've dug ourselves on this isn't easy to get out of beam cause too many businesses will have to jack the prices up or fold

Small business subsidies is presumably the middle ground
December 14, 2025 at 8:23 PM
No but I'd get on board with a twix chunky
December 14, 2025 at 9:04 AM
A lot of the more modern stuff holds up quite well over time which means it can get to the 2nd hand market as well for really good value

The quality of the IKEA stuff is a lot better than flatpack from other places

We need a two hour special of Luke ranting about the draw

Trump will block and someone in his sphere will put up a lawsuit against one or both parties, as soon as the lawsuit is settled the blockage will disappear
December 5, 2025 at 1:45 PM
Yeah, so many injuries to start the season used up all the FTs I had which has made it hard to catchup to the moving template. Not having Munoz hurting as well

Sat at 2.3M and have only had 2 6 figure GW ranks all season so am just not making the ground up quickly
