I think it's important for me to recognize that while drawing often is important, I have to make sure I'm aware of what I want to draw, and that I'll be more productive if I'm drawing what I want to

I notice whenever I have an alarm that repeats, I start ignoring it almost immediately, but if I set the alarm the same day as when it's meant to go off, I always follow it.

Might not work for everyone, but it helps me work through my ADHD, so I recommend trying it if you struggle with it as well
