I've been playing constantly lately. 12yr old me would be so proud.

abt the game mechanics then. I just knew that if I killed Sims, I could "steal" their houses & money. Maybe I rlly liked that mansion, idk. Embarrassed to say I didn't know abt cheats for a long time, lol. I did this to my mom's save files many times in several Sims games. Complete menace.

My mom recreated her favorite family from this famous soap opera in The Sims 1, & I was playing that household one day. The stove caught fire, burned nearly the whole house down & killed a sim or two, I think. She was very mad at me lol. I'm 25 now so I was probably pretty young and I knew nothing

*sigh* reminds me of my grandmas pc that she had when i was a kid. Im pretty sure that was where sims was introduced into the family. it was my aunts favorite game, which turned into my moms and then mine.
