Half Marathon Training: Run 6 - This afternoons run. It was unseasonably warm and I was really pleased with my pace and time. I’ve also just finished a 6K walk with my sisters and I’m up to 26,000 steps! I think I need a rest. 🤣

Listening to @whorod.bsky.social , Eliza and @frakturedboy.bsky.social talking about Sapphire & Steel brings it back. Loved it as a child, sat with mum watching it. The music put the fear of god up me! I remember the railway station gave me the willies.a fabulous piece of TV! Perfect.

If anyone is having second thoughts about getting the Eve of the Daleks sets I’d ask you to rethink. They are a different colour from the usual bronze boys and the colour scheme is gorgeous.

Venus and Mars is such a different follow up to Band. I even like songs like Spirits of Ancient Egypt. But there’s one or two I’m not massively keen on so sadly I can’t give it the five stars I’d love to. 🫤
