They'll try anything to force people onto their big "inevitable" investment. For the bottom line, but the bottom line is, people don't like it. And it makes nothing original so this point is just more slop.

This. And writers who don't want to do the writing also make me scratch my head. It's writing the book that makes us better writers for the next book.

knowing Disney's track record, I'm guessing the original content creators will see nothing for this. Unsettling precedence happening here.

Actually writing the book is how you learn to write better for the next book. I can't imagine any progress or creative growth coming from having a machine ghost write your story for you.
