I’m a franchise attorney representing franchisees and MN law has broad protections for franchisees and this behavior isn’t usually sufficient for immediate termination. Very curious what happens next. I hope the franchisee gets a great attorney.

I’m really curious how Hilton (the franchisor) is going to respond the franchisee who’s canceling the reservations. Getting out in blast by DHS could be a brand standards violation…..

My Dad was raised by free Methodists-no drink, no dancing and no vaccines. The day he!turned 18 he went to the dr and got ALL the shots.

We live in Seattle and I have explained to my husband that this is why I put up with the patriarchy so he and his large sons can deal with toilet rats. They are not my problem.

I had major abdominal surgery and had to fly across country a few weeks later. Having a wheelchair at the airport was awful, involved long waits and the suspicious looks I got made it 100% worse.

I’m 5’2 and frequently ask people to grab things. My pitch usually begins with “ do you want to feel really tall, right now?” That woman would have clawed my eyes out.
