One of my textile pieces from my solo show. It’s called The Huguenot Who Became a Shaman. The base chemise is hemp and over 100 years old and purchased from the granddaughter of the owner whose initials of MH, Marie Huguenot, are embroidered on the garment. The piece is accompanied by a story.
