Yeah, I was wondering if they could pull off redistricting without putting other seats in jeopardy. But for Braun to say the map handed to him but DC consultants was in the interest of "fair representation" or whatever (he claimed it was more fair), how can a grown ass man lie like that? Disgusting

I have to say, I didn't think there were more than 2 or 3 spines in total among Indiana republicans, so this is a pleasant surprise.
I wouldn't be surprised if they try to pull some further shenanigans.

Point 1: The congressional districts are optimized for a republican majority of 7-2. They had to really do some gymnastics to pull that off. Same at the state level. If they really cared about fairness, Indiana would be 6-3 or 5-4, as the state is 40 - 50% democrat.
