I've been working for the public sector for 17 years. I'm 60. Spain is firing us without any rights because they refuse to transpose Directive 1999/70/CE and sanction abuse, as the CJEU ruled on February 22, 2024, and June 13, 2024! Please help! Isn't Spain Europe? #FijezaYa

However, that doesn't seem to matter, and I don't have to prove it when they rehire me, amply demonstrating that I'm qualified for the job, as their actions confirm.

During this time, I've also been the secretary of my school, a teacher trainer, and a coordinator of programs funded by next-generation funds like PROA+, and yet, every two years at most, I have to take an exam to prove my worth.
