Trump’s new peace plan is a repackaged version of the old 28-point proposal. It favors Russia, proposes freezing front lines, blocks NATO membership, and hands control of Ukraine’s recovery and resources to the US. Only Ukraine’s commitments would be binding, enforced by a Trump-led “Peace Council.”
