Some of the things she's done: Imagination Library; school music programs, Dollywood Foundation; numerous scholarship programs; donated a million to COVID research; giving tons to environmental causes; uses music royalties to help rebuild neighborhoods, etc.

I love Dolly Parton. I LOVE a handful of her tunes, but what I always admired about her is the humanity.

She's a saint during a time when a lot of people want to silence saints. I hope she'll be okay.

I LOVE Shane Black but didn't like this one. My 2 fav Parkers are Lee Marvin & Duvall, even though back then Stark wouldn't allow them to use the name Parker. I liked Mel Gibson's take more than I liked Wahlberg's; I don't think Marky Mark has done a good film since THE FIGHTER. Lee Marvin forever!

FINALLY seeing ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER today, the 1130 am matinee. I LOVE PTA's movies. It feels like Movie Christmas Eve to me. I would've been there opening day, but I had to work all weekend. Thank you for not spoiling it for me.

PTA is one of my fav living directors, super excited!

I'll have to respectfully disagree on the GRIFTERS, although I ADORE the film, and perhaps it's more entertaining to watch that particular film than read the book, but the book, or some of the characters are more honest when it comes to the grifter/con. I'm always looking for honesty & heart.

Ah, yes. New Englander born and bred here. Although, I moved away at 28 (51 now), but I still visit home. So I still follow all my teams, and I'm happy to see that they are headed in the right direction after some bumpy years there.
