I love Editing because this whole job, just like life, is all about taking what you have and making the best out of it.
Nathan Fielder’s brand of comedy (“The Curse” excluded) is all rooted in helping people. As crazy as the solutions tend to be, the heart is all in “how can I help you?” and I love that about his work.

Flying through Sean Baker's filmography and boy is he talented at telling humanist stories that really resonate with me to my core. Happy he won all those awards this year.

This hilarious movie also includes one of the best product placements I've seen in a movie outside of Wayne's World. I needed to catch my breath immediately afterwards. See this movie!
Friendship? More like…Tim Robinson stars in one of the wall-to-wall funniest movies I’ve seen in a theater since “Walk Hard”. Director Andrew DeYoung and crew really understand how to make this weird sh*t work and I can’t wait for many more films from this team. Highly recommended, see it now!

Split Fiction? More like…the best co-op game I’ve ever played. It improves on “It Takes Two” in every way. The story ain’t the strongest, but the gameplay more than makes up for it with its many nods to the history of gaming as well as tons of awe-inspiring and hilarious moments. Highly recommended!

Malcolm X (1992)? More like…Denzel Washington gives the performance of a lifetime in this Spike Lee epic! Captivating from end to end with its 3+ hr runtime, this may be one of the best things Spike Lee has ever done. The highest of recommendations, I wish I would have seen it earlier in my life!

Sinners (2025)? More like…wowwowwow! I had high expectations walking into this and yet Michael B. Jordan and Ryan Coogler still blew me away! The story, the characters, the imagery, the f*cking MUSIC, all of it superb! See this masterpiece right now as it’s easily my favorite film this year so far.
