Mine would be a riff on Sega's Bank Panic, where you have three buttons and a joystick and have to manage firing or not firing on the three doors. except the bar women wouldn't be bank robbers, unless sometimes they are

there very famously is not room left for anything, no. they cut a bar out of the ending song, and miyamoto said he had to fight to get a little 8x8 crown tile toward the end
