I basically recreated real bogies, running on rails.
Each bogie now has 4 contact points (instead of 2 on my rollercoaster rig) with the rail to avoid jitter. For best stability, distance between front and back contact points should be as wide as possible while still allowing for sharp turns.

Did a lot of work on the rig and rails to allow for higher speeds for longer trains, and generally moved towards more "gentle" curves instead of the sharp corners of the "toy" scale I started off with.
Quite excited about the potential the new rig provides.
