I have to scrap the ice milk story. Too many shifting parts and Mark Cuban is on the move again. If my theory‘s correct, he’s heading to back to where it all began.

You cut the fat from ice cream, it costs less, it behaves totally differently, and some would argue it tastes worse. But for a period of time, the only thing coming outta that spigot was ice milk and we weren’t complainin!!

Too much is going on but we have to go back to where I assume this all began. Two words: ice milk. 3 letters: FDA. One year: 1994. Also known as the year ice milk died.

This El Torito is nuts. I’m bussing tables but the turnaround is insane—every server’s walking out with hundreds sometimes thousands in cash. Business lunch is back and in a big way. I see why mark Cuban is operating down here and the level of secrecy
