I have worked at both (and SeaWorld), been a pass holder at both, and “back in the day” Disney was a clear winner with Universal constantly launching employee campaigns to say “we will win” the theme park wars. Then Disney got money hungry and complacent. Universal is the superior experience now.

I personally like the planes more.
