📣 In less than four weeks, more than 500 Palestinians have been killed & nearly 4,000 injured while attempting to reach or distribute food. Families face an impossible choice: starve or risk being shot. This is NOT a #humanitarian response.

🇸🇸 Since 2020, our team in #SouthSudan has been conducting protection programming in #Pibor town, with a focus on reducing 'age set' violence.

🔄 The program began in response to escalating #intergenerational violence and community fragmentation linked to age set rivalries.

I hope the camping trip with your family was enjoyable and filled with great memories. Those moments can be very special. I've spent years in humanitarian work and hiking, spending many nights in tents. While I can't do that anymore, I cherish those experiences.
I was born in a Bangladeshi village with no running water, toilet, electricity etc. but that does *not* mean I want to recreate that experience by going camping, which we are doing for the first time with the children today. Wish me luck.
