Brian Fitzpatrick had the power to stop that Big Bullsh!t Budget and he chose not to.
On its first pass through the House, the Budget bill only passed by ONE vote. Fitzpatrick voted YES.... but his NO vote could have stopped all this awfulness in its tracks.
