I have the impression that the Democrats in the US have the same problem as Labour in the UK - they're more interested in fighting among themselves than in winning. The fact they get anywhere at all (against the financial might of the right) shows me there's a lot of support there.

The BBC, in common with almost all media, wants a Reform Ltd government. In the BBC's case, the reason is unclear. The rest are owned and run by anti-EU tax evaders.

It's the death throes of capitalism. Let's stop pretending. Is anyone thinking of a better system? In the short term I propose nonlinear money where your fortune F is worth 20000 log (F + 10) food tokens. A pauper gets 20000, Musk, Thiel etc. get 240000.
