Sounds about right! Maybe Roguelike Tavern in Burbank? Ive been to a few drawing events there, not sure how much the rental was, but it was a “two drink” minimum!
Theres also a great figure drawing space at the Last Bookstore in Studio City - perhaps they would let you run a workshop? Good luck!
