i think, heavy on the Think, this cycle was farrrrr easier to handle is because of the mountain of cabbage ive been eating lately, and i found out just the other day cabbage has a TON of vitamin K, which is super good to help coagulate into a scab

so true, and main reason i ask is i O'd 10 times in 2 days before today and i had zero idea i was bleeding until i woke up. tiny itty bitty cramps and nothing else xD
