If the photos really existed:
1) Trump's FBI would have destroyed them long ago. Look at all the other lengths they've gone to, to protect him. Why do we think preservation of evidence is where they draw the line
2) Some partisan would have leaked them by now
3) MAGA would still somehow excuse him
