Is UAD made Guitar Paradise into a pedal with stereo outs, USB (for recording and updates), effects loop, and whatever else they think it would need, I would so buy it. Guitar Paradise has been the easiest plugin to get tones quickly for me.

Texture painting is fun and labor-intensive. It's making me a little indecisive about color. Feels good to mess with art again after so many years. Now if I can get some decent tones when playing guitar, that would be fantastic.

Random thought. Why do some amp modelers insist on setting input levels? Amplifiers have no such control. Just plug in and go. Why aren't they modeling inputs to react like real amps? Plug in a strat and les paul into the same amp, they'll sound distinct due to the differences in output. Do that.

@netflix.com Hey, I was wondering if there's a way to have unwatched shows with multiple seasons start from season 1 instead of the latest season? It happens on the Google TV version of the App. Also, can the shows that we're rated be put into their own category and away from suggestions ?

If you subscribe to AMC+ and are a fan of GWAR, there's a documentary about them on there. Loved seeing their history.

My Hero Academia is really good. The last few seasons were hard not to binge because of all the action and story arcs coming together. Definitely worth watching, but you have to be patient.

If giving health insurance and SNAP benefits to people who work makes you upset. Instead of blaming the recipients, maybe the government should put more pressure on these companies that refuse to pay their own employees enough money and/or provide them with health insurance.

Well, had tuna salad on an English muffin with American cheese. Didn't barf, or die..

Chainsaw Man creator Tatsuki Fujimoto's early works are on Amazon Prime under "Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26". I liked it. Nice collection of stories.

Seeing some of these true crime documentaries where the police keep the truth from being revealed is very disheartening. To save face and protect a group of former and sometimes dead cops/investigators is preposterous.

PBS vlog about AI and college. My take is why not let them use AI to study, but the actual assignments are done in class with old-school tech only. Pen and paper, typewriters, etc. More essay-based to analyze the amount of information absorbed by the students.

There really needs to be some kind of redundancy with internet-based data storage. An agreement between providers to co-host data across their platforms would be great. Maybe at a traded cost between them. A giant RAID of internet hosts.

Watched the latest Superman movie. Didn't think I would enjoy DC comic movies, but James Gunn makes them in a way that does it for me. Also saw 3000 years of longing. Enjoyed that one as well. A little sappy but I liked it.

Dead dead demon's de de de destruction anime. Didn't read the Manga, but really liked the anime. Especially the diverse character styles throughout its universe. More anime should do this.

Anime Review. If you like RPG-themed anime, "Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill" is great. Comedy, with a character that's out of place, and food-related. The 1st episode takes a second to get going, but once it starts, I kept laughing. Charming and fantastic. On CrunchyRoll.

Something just doesn't sound right to me with the Line 6 Stadium. It's most apparent with the high-gain sounds in the demos. Like something is missing. Ola's video of him trying it out showed it the most. He's the king of those sounds and should be able to dial it in quickly.. Cool otherwise.

I wish more people watched korean shows like "the good detective". Then maybe, they would look at greedy, power hungry, rich criminals with more anger. BTW any show whose villains strike a genuine hatred by me tells me A. Great show B. Great actors.

Ok, really like DC's Peacemaker show, but putting Helloween's "Forever and One" on the show?! Friggin' awesome!

I hope Kimmel can say and do all the things he was able to before his suspension. I'm still abstaining from Disney/Hulu until they have new leadership. Definitely no live tv streaming or cable tv until selection is ala carte. No more Fox News, Sinclair and Nexstar affiliates for me.
September 23, 2025 at 8:16 AM
Not that it matters, 1 week. Kimmel is not back, Hulu, Disney, and ESPN cut. Any cable/live TV services that feature Nexstar affiliates, I will avoid. The only way I have a voice in this matter is with my wallet. Will have to go with the few other services I have, and look into free alternatives.

I really wish we all had the ability to pick/choose which stations we want on any tv/cable service. Ala carte. So many stations I would rather not have, just to watch a certain group of things.

Glad I watched "Tiger and Dragon" on Neflix. It looks dated and cheesy, but i loved the story. Now why didn't they make a Yakuza game that centers around the same type of story. Kazama Kiryu doing Rakugo and being a yakuza would be another take on the series.

Another great Korean show on Netflix about a bullied girls revenge on her tormentors called "The Glory". The only thing I didn't like was the ending. It does leave an opening for continuation though.

Another sleeper fun show for me on Netflix. This one is from Japan and it's called "Vivant". You have to give it a chance. It goes from what you think, to something completely unexpected. It's fun, crime, international, silly, etc..

This is so important…

Sharon has been tracking license plates on cars driven by ICE agents, and she’s finding they don’t match the vehicles.

In other words, ICE is using secret, illegal tactics—just like we suspected.

REMINDER: the DMV is not a federal agency.
