Andrea Martin is inspired casting. And everyone else will be great, i’m sure. Now i’m jealous and heading to the unpacked boxes of cast albums in the garage to scratch that very particular itch. Have a wonderful time.

I didn't even know it was being "Encored!" I'm sure it will be great fun, but the combo of Grimes and Lillie (my parents wanted to ensure I got to see Bea Lillie at least once live) was what made it so wonderful. I still listen to the album regularly to revel in "Home Sweet Heaven." Ahhh. Enjoy!

I had a co-worker/friend who attended the same church as they when he was a kid, and he would reminisce in awed tones about one or the other of them arriving just a bit late for Sunday Mass and making a royal entrance to her front pew.

Thirty-five years ago this was on two or three times a day in my house and I still have only affectionate memories of it, so maybe it would hold up okay. If not, it’s very short so not much lost. 🤷🏼
