His spy talents might well be used to root out corruption in the civil service. Is corruption so bad that it's more important than what Budanov has been doing to the Russians? It's possible.

I believe it's only "cancel culture" when someone to the left of the GOP is doing it.

It's worse than that. At least one faction of staffers want to crash the population fast; they want the global population under one billion, and the US under 100 million. This is the faction that Musk and Theil are members of.
