The vision of a better America for all. Even the ultra wealthy. They'll have a few billion less but if they stop eating avocado toast they should be alright.
There are two explanations. 1. They're threatened and must go along with this. 2. They are all subhuman garbage. Are there 20 who will put a stop to this? Maybe not. But it starts with 1. And it grows to 2, 5, enough to form a coalition and that grows to 10, 20. So the question is...is there 1? 2/2

I believe that the repubs are under some sort of duress. Some are good people and yet are going along with everything that is happening. They have the power to end this tomorrow. It only takes 20 of them along with the dems to end this madness and throw this administration out. 1/2

3. Everyone needs to read this www.aclu.org/press-releas... Louisiana's senators Bill Cassidy and John Kennedy both have websites with contact information, as does every senator. A direct quote from Cassidy's website: "We want to Hear from You"
ICE Deports 3 U.S. Citizen Children Held Incommunicado Prior to the Deportation | American Civil Liberties Union
Families disappeared and isolated without legal access; one child with cancer deported without medication and pregnant mother deported as well

2. Unless the protests are impossible to ignore. Does your representative, senator/governor support what is happening? Protest at their offices. Flood them with calls, emails and get in their way. Do the same with their staffers. Demand change and make their work life unbearable until it happens.

1. So...this account was started to share ideas, things for a better future and interspersed with some humor. But what's happening is nothing to joke about and we need to put out this raging fire of fuckness before moving forward. Protests are welcome and needed but those in charge can ignore them.

Whoops, I forgot that Elon now has younger children than the one he's been parading around. But to be fair I'm sure he's forgotten about them too.
March 11, 2025 at 12:13 AM
It's been clear for awhile who Elon is beholden to. Today's comments towards Senator Kelly and his blaming of Ukraine for X's DDOS attacks have removed any doubt. Eventually not even his youngest son Kevlar will be enough to keep an angry mob at bay.

I always knew one day I'd have to comment on a video of a US president suckling on the toes of the richest man in the world. The big problem is that this shows that some of our government system are wide open to hackers. Can't imagine how that could have happened with Big Balls on the case.

For those of you who are not concerned with Musk and Doge's access to the treasury could you all go ahead and give me your bank account, routing and social security numbers? I just want to make sure that there's no improper spending going on. Thanks!

Day 10. Eggs more expensive. Nazi salutes. Trade war with Colombia. 25 percent tariffs on Mexican and Canadian imports announced. Concentration camps announced. Dozens dead after firing air traffic controllers. Get this man out of office.

Struggling to understand why the republicans needed to brand themselves as "maga" when "nazi" was already there.

When doing your taxes this year, take a good look at the federal withholdings. This is your money that you earned. With it you contributed to the programs that they want to cut. Removing those services is theft. You've purchased those services. Demand from your reps that you get what you paid for.

About yesterday's spending freeze. They shut down medicaid spending and that dominated the story. They said "oopsie, didn't mean to" and rescinded. This buries the fact that many other programs will have their funding cut. The story must shift focus to these cuts and not take the distraction bait.

"It was a roman salute" Ima stop you right there. We all saw it. Twice. No one has even heard of a roman salute. We've all heard of a sieg heil. And seen it. And then there's cozying up with the german AFD party. There is no plausible deniability here. GTFO with saying that it wasn't what it is.
January 21, 2025 at 2:02 AM
Alright, I DID NOT expect to see someone in the administration do the nazi salute 4 hours in. Thought it would be at least a week. But here we are.

CBP One is over. It was never about crime, it was never about illegal immigration, it was never about taking jobs. It's racism. Let no one who voted for this forget what they voted for. Make sure they know that we knew it was racism all along. And that's why they can't be easily forgiven.

This isn't to say that bad behavior shouldn't be called out, it certainly should and people should be informed. We just have to figure out a better way of doing so that doesn't boost people with poor intentions.
January 18, 2025 at 5:15 PM
The idea is that well meaning people will see that and act/vote accordingly. Remember though, eggs are slightly more expensive so that will simply not happen. It also has the side effect of boosting some idiot and putting them in front of more people. Algorithms live and die on anger and engagement.

One thing to point out. Hypocrisy. It doesn't work. I get it, it's relieving to point out that some guy did something BUT when their guy did it they were silent and now it's a scandal. It doesn't work. Some people have no sense of shame or morals. While it can be pointed out expect nothing to change

What should we tackle next? Healthcare, the political system, social media, or something else? Plenty more hastily thought out but still way better than current ideas to come!
January 18, 2025 at 5:01 PM
Take care of yourselves and each other. It's hard to read the news, see what's coming and not lose all hope. As one of America's greatest once said, "Look for the helpers. There's always someone who is trying to help."

Oh shit, sorry, I misspelled "veteran" in the AI generator. My bad.

Why don't pictures like this ever trend???????? I don't know, maybe because they're stupid.

Jobs Part 7: Jobs Part 7: Previous felonies can be taken into account, but only if the applicant has more than, I don't know, let's say a completely random number, uh, 34. Yeah that sounds about right.

Jobs Final: I'm lucky, extremely lucky, to have a decent job. Many people in my personal life, some of which far more educated than me can't find a job. Many more are underemployed. This is fixable. Let's get people into good jobs.
