Depends on the type (there are like four) but for mine any injury or pimple or anything can scale over (called keobner phenomenon) in a semipermanent way and so a tattoo could just scale over and look like shit and itch for years

Psoriasis is weird because it's dermatological and so they just tell you to put steroids on it (dermatologists only freeze stuff or put creme on stuff) but sometimes it gives you arthritis? My biggest problem with it is I can't get a tattoo if I want one (which I don't really but want to want one)
