febru-lovely day 4 - birthday.

a quick one since feb 4th was my actual birthday and i was either out, or celebrating with some friends. :> i'll come back to this to actually polish it up and make it look nicer. because this is meant to go with something else a friend wrote for me last year.

happy 9th #ffxvday! it definitely snuck up on me this year to plan anything art wise, but i plan on doing something special for the 10th anniversary next year 💕

in the meantime, happy to finally have 2025 be the year i could treat myself more to the best boy #prompto and my oc ship with him!

updated. still a wip, but at least the background no longer stands as an obstacle, mocking me with its smug aura.
a mostly colored in version of the lineart that this post is a response to. a background has been filled in, and it is a view of the area in front of the meghaduta in radz-at-han from final fantasy 14. the subject still lacks shading and highlighting, which seems to be next if the shading on some of the assets that are lined similarly to them is of any indication.

i wasn't expecting the second version of washi tape, so that was a lovely surprise!

"Great minds think alike?" Tandem chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck with his free hand. He then held out the gift for Primam. "Something like that," Primam laughed lightly as she exchanged the gift she had for his. She held onto the box and then smiled a little more broadly before she rocked from side to side on her feet. "I want you to open yours first. Since you're the baby between us."
