If you can scrunch up used gift wrap & it stays in a tight ball instead of unfurling it can be recycled. Types like metallic, glossy or glittery gift wrap should be discarded. - Decorative tissue paper is not recyclable, but if it's in good enough shape, save it to use again!

Tuesday 7:30am - 6pm
CLOSED 2pm - 2:30pm for lunch

Recent rains have moved most of the state out of extreme drought conditions, but Freeport is among the 3% of Maine still experiencing extreme drought. Water conservation & fire safety need to continue as a top priority in our community as we ride out these conditions. Thank you for doing your part.

Police & Public Works have been fielding a lot of calls about the traffic at the bridge on Mallett Drive, particularly about the length of red traffic lights.
