I'm like the digital Lorax, I speak for the binary trees.
I just go to Walmart and buy the cheapest one that doesn't make me want to gouge my eyes out #shrug

I think NyQuil is still "so you can rest," and it's DayQuil that's "so you can get stuff done." I really hope I'm not wrong and they have made both of them that...

Right idea, but industry standard is reverse for the branches. Main is typically prod. So, you'd have main, stage, and dev. Dev is the default. Branch off dev and merge up through the branches.

Either way, you're on the track/thought process.

Also, let me know if you want to talk about it. This is, literally, what I'm doing these days...

Names are a little non-standard, but yes. Create a default branch. Clone, create branch from default, do work, create pull request to default branch, once approached work is merged

Wait until you get the "newsletters" from school in your email that are "click this link to see this newsletter."

I've been told by school staff "well, the details were sent to you," to which I reply, you have never emailed me anything but suspicious links I will never click.

It's been a pleasure. Hopefully, our paths cross again. You always seemed like my kind of people, and this confirms it.

It's for your own good, really. We're just saving you from yourself...

As a sign in our city said, "I like cooking my family and pets. Use commas. Don't be a psycho"

And, yes, it does exist. I'll try to get a picture next time I'm near it...

Maybe the good things were the friends you made along the way...

That's why I'm more than happy to help. I love game dev and monogame, and I love F#. I just never tried both at the same time.
October 21, 2025 at 2:55 AM
Speaking of which, I do know the monogame engine inside and out. If you get tripped up on something, hit me up.

I'm just messing with you. I started my public speaking career talking and XNA, and then monogame. It just jumps out to me because I was always like "cool, graphics adapter is working, now change that to black."

Now, just need to get rid of the CornflourBlue...

I always have a backpack, but nowhere has accommodation for backpacks, so I never noticed the difference in an airport.
October 17, 2025 at 8:34 PM
Most airports were designed back in the days when everyone checked their bags, and have never been really updated. I agree someone should look into that, but it makes sense from a historical perspective. I ALWAYS check my bags, so I've never really noticed.
