- a government agency can sometimes be wasteful but their goal is still public health.
- insurance is private and just wants/needs to maximise profit. The profit is from what isn't spent on healthcare. It's wasteful on purpose : maximizing profit.

Il existe des cartes de "hotspot photo", mais je n'arrive pas à retrouver une version qui s'ouvre sur un smartphone.
Il me semble qu'il y a aussi un appareil photo qui refuse de prendre une photo déjà vue, par rapport à ce type de carte.

I wonder, if I ever have to ride with studded tires I think I would buy a second set of wheels to make things easier.

That's funny. I cleaned a bike really similar this afternoon : wheels, bullhorn, except with a freewheel and brakes, cause I'm lazy and don't want to die under a car.
And I was in my bathroom, cause I'm lazy (but had to clean the bathroom too after that)
