Frederick Wiseman was perhaps the best chronicler of Modern America in any medium, full stop. RIP.

I still have plenty of Wiseman films left to watch for the first time but I’m beyond devastated at the fact that there won’t be anything new once I finish.

Duvall is sad but I can handle that. I think Frederick Wiseman also going today might actually kill me.
