There's some combination of listening to Spotify via Bluetooth and answering handsfree calls in my Suzuki that makes my infotainment system freeze up until I turn the whole car off and on. This happened twice.

In Sweden ”everybody” has a driver's license or an ID. You don't register to vote, you just get a letter in the mail. Bring that document and your ID, and you're all set. Voting is always on a weekend, or you can swing by the library and vote early.

Anyway, yes, the ö is a distinct letter in #swedish (as are å and ä), it's not a fancy o. It is pronounced a bit like ”murk”, but with a short vowel! The ”borg” is also just one short syllable, kind of like ”boy" but with an ”r” in there. It's /mœɹk bɔɹj/ I think.

I just (yesterday!) started a feed where I collect posts specifically about Swedish RPGs (from Sweden, not necessarily in Swedish). Dragonbane, Vaesen, Mutant Year Zero, older and more obscure Swedish stuff, the Swedish edition of Call of Cthulhu... we'll see.
