Makes sense. If the last X controversies didn't matter then what's one more.

Ford admits 10% of calls on personal phone are government business. So why are Crown lawyers still telling the Court it’s purely personal? And why is Ford paying private counsel to argue that 10% is too much work?

It must suck to be a Crown listening to Ford stupidly and openly undermine the case

There is a kind of irony in Ford using a private legal team to argue that his personal phone shouldn't be searched because it's irrelevant to his job, while simultaneously claiming the search would take so much time it would "sideline" him from doing that very job. The Court called his bluff.

Classic Ford. He will figure it out later. After his very long break from work.

I think any leave would fail as the timeline is tight and the threshold is high. The Court of Appeal is unlikely to overturn a finding on the "reasonableness" standard absent a glaring error.

In a couple of weeks, this should be final and binding. Then the fun happens

There are some changes coming but we really need a provincial government that cares about public health and social services.

So far we have gotten a significantly bigger debt and a degradation of core services. Ford more years?

Pierre praising lawlessness and freedom together sums him up as a politician. He doesn't know or care what the words mean. He just knows how to parrot the American right rhetoric.

As expected. They claim to want sovereignty but fail to understand what that means by trying to ignore history. Can't vote your way out of constitutional responsibility.

On YouTube, Pardy claims title "trumps" property. In reality, the Crown cannot "give away" sovereignty it never fully held over unceded land. To suggest otherwise isn't a legal opinion; it’s an ideological rejection of the Constitution. #Law #Reconciliation
