I’ve had a lot of fun with Granblue Fantasy: Relink without any kind of earlier experience with the series. It’s also free if you have PS+, so that might be a good avenue if you wanna try before buying

From what I’ve seen from the streamers playing this in the epic store version it looked pretty fun but I decided to hold off until the PS5 or steam versions released
