Wilson’s lack of confidence in Kirby and Woo in pulling them lost the game. I was at Opening Day 1977 and am so disappointed. Hope Dipito replaces Wilson with manager who lets his aces stay in game. Team gave their best to make playoffs and World Series.

I was watching Tur when Dowd simply spoke the truth. Just as MLK said “violence begats violence”. The media heads are not just afraid of their bottom line but are capitulating to an authoritarian administration. The awful video of Kirk being shot belies the earshot in Butler. All smoke and mirrors.

At the cost of destroying the beauty of Seattle. The big Cedar and Douglas Fir trees, the Craftsman houses and uniqueness of all the different neighborhoods for cookie cutter density. As a 4th generation Seattleite, I find it sad that so much of what made the Emerald city has been leveled.

Washington State Department of Health issued a standing order for 6 months and older to get a Covid vaccine without a prescription for all residents effective September 5th. And still covered by our Apple Health and adult vaccine and childhood vaccine programs.

Seattle’s first pride parade was in 1974. As a 4th generation resident my explanation is the fact that few belong or attend churches in Western Washington and evangelicals are a small minority here with little influence compared to other states.
