We did a couple gamejams until we decided to go for a full game, and it really did help us have a feel for what each of us can do and what our limits are, where we need to improve etc etc.

Also learned that making something finished is way better for learning than making something perfect

This one in particular was for a gamejam that gave us one month

We're a group of 3 people with art and coding split between us so we were lucky to get something playable out that fast

I don't think you should rush though! If you have the time definitely use it. We were.... tired
