I think it’s kinda funny that Darkseid really fucked Superman’s and Wonder Woman’s lives in the Absolute universe but when it came to Batman he’s just like “Eh, make him poor, that’ll be enough.”

I’m a Marvel guy, but honestly DC is winning this new universe war with Marvel. Every Absolute title has been a banger so far while UXM and UBP have both been duds for the Ultimate universe. Can’t wait to see what Al Ewing does with Absolute Green Lantern.

Watched The Gorge tonight. There’s about five different genres going on all at once in this movie, but it actually pulled it off. The plot is ridiculous, but it’s weirdly cute and wholesome for a movie with carnivorous trees and skull spiders.
