Honestly gun to my head? Covid. I feel like the pandemic and the isolation seriously fucked an entire generations formative years of development and now we're seeing the consequences play out (for the record Im not anti lockdown or antivax, its just this is a very real and unfortunate result of it)

This is why I cannot advocate for peace until they are stopped. Peace only works when both sides will drop their arms. Until their willing to come quietly and face the consequences of their actions (prison if they cannot be reformed), peace is not an option because they will not uphold it.

I don't doubt it, but it doesnt stop with my friends or yours. They will keep brutalizing our countrymen and neighbors until they are in jail or stopped, and unless the next admin dissolves ICE as a government agency these people will keep doing this shit because they know they can get away with it.

This "world of dust" is all that matters, its where exist, right here right now, and where all the people who are suffering are and it's where we can do something to help them. If your version of help means if an ICE agent grabs my friend and your response isnt to push them back, your not helping.

They will not accept your peace unless their only other choice is force, and they have shown as much over and over. If they will accept their consequences without a fight, I choose peace, until that point comes, I will not let them act as they please thinking they will not be challenged in kind.

Karma is irrelevant to me because it doesn't exist. Im an athiest and dont believe in the divine or the supernatural.
As for freedom yes, I do value it. As well as the freedom of my friends and family. And our opponents don't, they value the dissilusion of those freedoms, something we agree is bad.

I respect you want peace but those who oppose us don't and I'm not gonna just back away if throwing hands keeps a bunch of facists from hurting me and mine. In a lot of feminist academic text they do make a distinction between "masculine" and "feminine", not by sex or gender but as a set of traits everyone has and are just arbitrarily catagorized because those two catagories are social constructs and those constructs are themselves the issue 2/5

Im a cis man, not a trans man but I can try to shed some light from what Ive been able to read and internalize on the issue. It mostly comes down to people trying to find the easy way out of a bad situation but also lacking the ability or willingness to engage with the nuance of reality. 1/5
