I got a junker SS86 Ironhide with missing stuff. Modeled the parts with FreeCad and printed them in ABS. Turned out great.

I finally got my hands on a Kingdom Airazor, to accompany my Tigatron. But I find the beast mode a little lacking. The tail feathers are too short. So I design something to remedy that and also given her another weapon/ accessory.
