Putin is leading Russia towards a failed state. Ukraine and the "Coalition of the Willing" as a cohesive military entity, could decimate the final dregs of military that are remaining now that Putin has killed all his skilled Officers through his wasteful "attrition" warfare. Trump is not needed.

First and foremost we need regulatory AI in place to avoid being a victim of cybersecurity and other weaknesses. A need to prepare for adaptable risks. Grey areas of legitimacy AI is manipulating for immediate profit as law enforcement slowly quantifies said breaches reactively instead of proactive.
