Very early this morning in Rome (3:00 a.m. CST) will be the Mass of canonization of two saints -- one is #CarloAcutis, who was born in 1991 and died at the age of fifteen. His life story is very inspiring, especially for teenagers. You can watch the Mass in Rome as it happens on CatholicTV.org

For the past few years I have committed to twelve hours in the cathedral in Gary, IN on Ash Wednesday, available for prayer, confession, and of course ashes. This place is so beautiful and tranquil, a blessing to be able to spend this day in this way.

Today is the Feast of Saint Juan Diego, the first saint indigenous to the Americas. We have this day to celebrate the one to whom Our Lady of #Guadalupe revealed herself and her message. This unique and beautiful image is found in the Cathedral of the Holy Angels @GaryDiocese in Indiana.
