Consider the humble (earth shatteringly popular) Among Us

"Throw Objects at Your Players" or balancing how we often expect players to succeed IRL charisma, intelligence, and wisdom "checks" in place (or aid) of their characters doing so, but not physical "checks".

In a long (virtual) campaign, my players found themselves in a really tight spot, and one of them joked that it sucked their DM (me) didn't accept bribes. I was like "Umm hello? Have you TRIED bribing me? I like cheese pizza! I'm very bribe-able!"
(I never got a pizza)

It's good to start small! Plan something (or pull a page from somewhere) that captures your interest, but that's only a couple sessions long. It doesn't have to tie into some larger setting or game, it just needs to get you some time at the table.
