Hell, opening a watchmaking school would be a good business too. There are so few!
And no viable way home if you have been drinking aside from Uber or Lyft - which will not only be insufficient, but also surge priced to hell. It’s 100% a deal breaker.

I just can’t wrap my head around a move away from all the mass transit. Do they really think even 15k would be willing to drive to a mid-week game?
