Interesting! What's the benefit of the Bluetooth? Mine has a display and steady state temperature control, but it's done the old fashioned way with an RLC circuit or similar (I assume), with no processor besides something to display the temperature on the very basic segment display.

I know it's not an answer to your question, but I think having that available would be great! I'm looking forward to learning how to use a sewing machine and making our own clothes with my wife 😊 Would have enjoyed learning it earlier in life, too.

I LOVED when I discovered origami as a kid. We thankfully had about 3 books in the school library and I made almost everything in them 😁 Thinking back, this probably contributed to my maker tendencies. I would have absolutely borrowed one of your kits back then!

Very difficult to make good bread! Congrats! My wife and I tried once. ONCE. It was... something 😂 Hard as a rock on the outside, gooey on the inside.
