I think this was a mistake in the editing because in reality viewers prefer a much more positive spin on competitions like this. We don’t appreciate criticism especially when the tasks are so stupid.

Private sector finance seems unlikely and surely the tanker ban has to remain.

The wording is ambiguous. I sure hope it means that BC has to agree for a pipeline to go ahead not that BC will be forced to agree.
