The fact the antisemitism envoy was a corrupt NAB executive, then proceeded to state antisemitism is real and more important as opposed to Islamophobia...and failed to make any statement after an actual Nazi rally in NSW means she is not fit to hold that $400k publicly funded position.

Deliberately lying about antisemetism should be a hate crime ✌🏼

To be fair, I'm an easy touch, but once I heard that version, it's the only one I hear when I sing it. Also, half of Ray Lamontagne's back catalogue makes me cry! 😆

Lol! Israel has all bases covered when it comes to genocidal religious fanatics. Palestine will be free ✌🏼

One cannot be progressive and pro Israel. It is like water saying it is dry. Impossible. Yuck.

Just looked at your bio! I was from Seaford in Vic, and then lived in Steiglitz, Tas. Small world!

Really frustrating because even at the local council level, where they could have regulated things like airbnb permits, it was deeply corrupt and stacked with people connected to land developments.
Argh! Tassie is a stunning place, and I miss it. Hope you do well wherever you ended up.

So true. I moved from Melbourne during Covid, there was an influx of other mainlanders who sold mainland houses and/or had remote jobs at high salaries, so they were mostly protected from the local cost of living pressures. They also massively increased house prices in the area, which hurt locals.

It's so sad so many people have to leave (or if they can't they stay and suffer). The political neglect and corruption is astounding. The standard of education and health at a system level was shocking. Then there's the policing and youth "justice" nightmare.
