Phillips on the left, Pozidriv on the right. Note the blades on the Phillips are tapered, while the Pozi has parallel sides. Also Phillips is pointier. They are really incompatible.

If you’re working on Japanese things, (cameras and stuff) they often use JIS screws, not Philips. 👍🏼

Adding the L word to the discussion: Documents sometimes means a Library; Libraries "can contain files and folders stored on the local computer or in a remote storage location"; Library Description files are XML with extension *.library-ms in %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
