I'd highly recommend it, solves so many arguments and it adds a layer of chaos and complexity to your party. It also helped us process our denial slowly because the other characters role play noticing us switch

We feel this deeply, we've been diagnosed by two therapists as well and we're regularly panicking "what if it's all fake and I actually had a good childhood that's why I don't remember it" were starting to figure out and unpack how and why the denial is protective for us but it's rough

Not sure if y'all are aware of this, of if it would apply here. But there are a few genes that cause aggressive types of cancers in AFAB ppl the BRCA genes. Not sure if y'all have been tested for them but it may be something to look into 🫂

It has taken us years to get some parts to communicate a bit via notes and apps at a basic level. Healing is hard and a long journey. It sounds like y'all are doing your best and that is enough 🩷

That's so fair that y'all don't post much about it. Figuring things out and then being able to post about it safely takes time. We've been diagnosed and in therapy for a few years now and we've only recently come back to sharing our experiences 🩷
